We are looking for a detail-oriented Floorplan Drawing Staff member to join our team. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and an interest in creating accurate and visually appealing floor plans for various building types.

Objectives of the Role

The primary objective of the drawing staff is to produce accurate, detailed, and aesthetically pleasing floor plans that meet client specifications and project requirements, facilitating effective space utilization, construction planning, and interior design. The drawing staff aims to ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings that support the overall success of client's Real Estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate floor plan drawings based on measurements, design blueprints, and project requirements
• Work with project teams to understand layout needs and make necessary adjustments to meet specific criteria
• Use software to produce detailed floorplans
• Review and revise floor plans based on feedback from design teams and project managers
• Ensure compliance with company guideline
