Objectives of the Role

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting products or services effectively, negotiating deals, and closing sales to meet or surpass company sales goals. This role involves understanding the market, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Meeting Scheduling: Use digital marketing data to identify and approach potential clients, securing meetings with key decision-makers—IT Directors, CIOs, Program Directors, and HR Directors
  • Client Engagement: Qualify prospective clients to determine their SAP talent needs, whether filling specific positions, supporting ongoing projects, or exploring new partnerships
  • Data-Driven Sales Strategies: Leverage intent data and targeted outreach campaigns to increase meeting bookings, ensuring a steady and robust sales pipeline
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed targets for booked client meetings, number of pitches, daily call volume, and total call duration
