About the Job

We are searching for a seasoned, energetic IT Sales Manager to drive growth in our IT solutions, focusing on building and maintaining key partnerships in both domestic and international markets. In this role, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure top-tier service quality, ultimately delivering exceptional results and sustained revenue expansion.

Objectives of the Role

The Sales Manager shall be responsible in overseeing the daily operations of the Sales Dept. Shall organize sales, visits, , and create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process with its largely dictated by the prospective customer. The Sales Manager shall do planning, developing, and maintaining Sales Strategies that will meet the company’s goals and sales targets, through the new client acquisition, repeat business and client renewal, and track the distribution and sales performance on a monthly – quarterly - annual basis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the IT industry, including system development, mobile application development, and web design
  • Identify and contact potential customers to establish and nurture long-term relationships
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer valuable insights to clients
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships and quickly connect with industry decision-makers.
